I am a Doctor in Counselling Psychology with over 20 years of post-qualification experience, supporting adults with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. I offer both face-to-face and online therapy for individuals aged 18 and over.

Recognising that every individual’s experience is unique, I integrate approaches including Psychodynamic Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).
I provide support with anxiety, low mood, identity, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, as well as helping to build resilience, self-compassion, and effective coping strategies.
