I am a chartered clinical psychologist and EMDR therapist with over 15 years NHS experience of working in mental health and now work full time in private practice online.
As a psychologist, I am trained in more than 1 type of therapy & integrate approaches to best help the person I am working with. This may include exploring how the issues might have developed, learning practical strategies to help overcome the issues, processing past trauma, connecting more with oneself, & providing a confidential space to enable change.
