Neurodiversity (particularly ADHD and ASD) specialist working with adults and motivated teens. Do you or your child have difficulties with executive functioning? Does your child experience behavioural challenges at school and/or at home? I can help you! I work as a Psychological Coach with young people and adults. This work involves 1:1 coaching as well as check-ins using a variety of vehicles (Skype, E-Mail, Text, Phone). I also work with parents and schools helping children with learning and behavioural challenges get the most from school. I see clients predominantly online but do sometimes consult in schools.
I specialise in Executive Function Coaching and Positive Behaviour Support Consultancy. I predominantly work with neurodivergent individuals and people experiencing challenges associated with Executive Functioning. I take a holistic approach and consider all aspects of life, including sleep. Everyone can experience positive change!
I have worked with individuals with learning challenges, executive dysfunction and behaviour that may be perceived as challenging for over 25 years. I have worked in the UK, Australia and Israel and have trained in Psychology, PBS and Coaching. My approach is relaxed and person-centred. There is no one-size fits all approach! Everyone is an Individual!
