When working together I will draw on over 30 years experience working in senior clinical roles in both the NHS and private practice. I always offer a specialist psychological assessment that will help you gain a clearer understanding of the issues affecting you, then focused evidenced based psychological therapy, typically between 8 to 12 sessions, targeted to help you address what’s troubling you.
I draw on extensive specialist training in Trauma, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Couples Therapy, CBT, Short Term Psychodynamic Therapy and Mindfulness. I am registered as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), ensuring the highest professional standards of care.
I bring a warm and friendly approach to therapy, whilst being focused and proactive. Since retiring from the NHS, and relocating, I now only offer a small number of online private therapy appointments.
