About

I work to help my clients transform their current mental health, relationship or life challenges into opportunities for profound personal growth fuelled by greater self-understanding and consistent behavioural change. My approach uses only evidence-based psychological science. My aim is to make psychological therapy restorative and regenerative through the use of uplifting collaborative methods that move my clients towards leading a more meaningful fulfilling and enjoyable life (even when emotional pain and mental suffering are present). I'm happy to answer any questions you might have so feel free to get in touch for a quick chat.
I work sensitively with my clients to explore their psychological and behavioural patterns so that they can find ways to use less energy fighting themselves and spend more time moving towards a happier, richer life. I specialise in helping clients to develop psychological resilience to overcome anxiety, burnout, addictions, depression, and perfectionism.
It’s perfectly normal to experience psychological issues as we go through life and perform below our best at times. My role is to help my clients transform their current issues into an opportunity for growth, fuelled by greater self-understanding and behaviour change. Together we can start moving you towards a happier, productive and more meaningful life.
