It is so hard to watch your child struggle, and despite your best efforts, remain unsure how to support them. They may have become anxious, withdrawn, or struggling at school. Maybe their moods are unpredictable, or they are stuck in patterns that seem difficult to understand. Perhaps something difficult has happened in the past and you’re wondering if it’s still affecting them. You might feel that you have tried everything but it hasn't worked, leaving you feeling powerless and unsure how to best support. Therapy can help your child make sense of their emotions, process difficult experiences, and regain a sense of control.
Whether they’re struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, school pressure, or friendships, I help young people build confidence and develop practical tools to manage their feelings. With 20 years of experience in mental health, I draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
While my main focus is on your child, I’ll help you understand what they’re going through and provide you with ways to support them effectively and strengthen your connection.
