I am Consultant Clinical Psychologist specialising in interventions for those struggling with OCD, Intrusive Thoughts, Rumination and Negative Self-Talk. I help you better understand your difficulties and maximise your potential to overcome them. I believe the most effective way to help you is through empowering you to feel more in control of your mental health and wellbeing. I offer evidence based therapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Approaches. I am committed to providing a safe, inclusive and neurodiversity affirming space for all my clients.
Alongside my special interests I work with most common mental health difficulties including stress, professional burnout, depression, anxiety, low self-confidence and adjustment to significant life events. I am also able to assist with more enduring difficulties relating to early life experiences, severe mood fluctuations and anomalous experiences.
