My central aim is to help you better understand your difficulties and maximise your potential to overcome them. I believe that the most effective way to help you is through empowering you to be more able to manage day-to-day, enhance your self-confidence and improve your ability to feel in control of your mental health and wellbeing. My main approaches are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness. I also have an interest in Psychodynamic ideas, which influence my therapeutic style.

I work with most common mental health difficulties including stress, burnout, anxiety, worry, OCD, rumination, depression, low self-confidence and adjustment to significant life events. I am also able to assist with more enduring difficulties relating to early life trauma, severe mood fluctuations, psychotic experiences and interpersonal struggles.
