I work with adults and families, and have particular expertise in supporting parents. I am trained in attachment-based approaches that help strengthen parent-child relationships and guide families through the challenges of parenting. Whether you're struggling with your own mental health or seeking support in your role as a parent, I’m here to help.
I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in the NHS, including leading teams of psychologists and therapists. More recently, I’ve worked within Family Hubs, helping parents and families to thrive.
I am trained in a variety of trauma informed approaches. I have a keen interest in compassion. Compassionate approaches allow us to recognise where we may be struggling. By turning towards our own suffering, we can find a way to navigate our journey differently. I am also trained in attachment-based approaches, for example Mentalisation Based Treatment.
I offer a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and able to make meaningful changes. My approach uses evidence-based psychological therapies, always underpinned by compassion. Together, we can build a mutual trust and work towards the goals that matter most to you.
