Hi, I'm Luke and I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist. Reaching out for support can sometimes require a lot of courage as society often teaches us that we should be able to deal with our own problems. The reality is that we, as humans, thrive when we are able to give care and support to others as well as receive this for ourselves. It is my belief that therapy shouldn't just be just for those who are at crisis point or struggling deeply with their mental wellbeing. Therapy is for anyone who needs a safe space to talk through any experiences in their lives and find ways to live alongside the pain and anxiety that this can create.
I specialise in issues related to HIV, Sexual Health, Sexual Problems and Older Age, and have extensive NHS experience in these areas. However, I also have expertise working with mood, anxiety and trauma. I am passionate in being able to provide a safe space to discuss issues such as race, age, ability, sexual identity and gender identity.
As a trained Clinical Psychologist, I offer a flexible approach using CBT, ACT, CFT and Systemic therapies to support you with your individual needs.
