I specialise in trauma-informed psychotherapy and coaching for parents and carers of neurodivergent children and young people, with a focus on supporting parents of autistic girls. Parenting a neurodivergent child often brings ongoing stress, emotional overwhelm, parent burnout, and trauma. I offer integrative talking therapy, with EMDR available to help process emotions and reduce burnout.
