I have dedicated the majority of my career as Clinical Psychologist thus far to helping people suffering from various forms of eating disorder, such anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder or emotional eating. By working with these conditions, I have developed a deeper understanding of the difficulties connected to them, such as different types of anxiety disorders and depression, perfectionism and obsessive-compulsive symptoms. I use different interventions deriving from a wide range of psychological theories, including motivational enhancement therapy, interpersonal therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy.
