You may look fine from the outside. Working, coping, holding things together, while something quieter has gone missing: flatness, disconnection, going through the motions. You've tried to think your way out of it, doing all the right things, the problem isn't effort. What needs tending to lives deeper than technique. I offer depth psychotherapy, drawing on psychodynamic work, IFS, and relational neuroscience, meeting inner experience with curiosity rather than judgement. Couples are also welcome. I'm an HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist, working in central Edinburgh and online across the UK.
I offer depth psychotherapy that goes beneath the surface of the patterns you keep meeting, in love, work, and life. Drawing on psychodynamic work, IFS, and relational neuroscience, we make sense of what drives the drift and disconnection, so real change becomes possible. Couples welcome too.
