Thank you for visiting my profile page. I am a Clinical Psychologist, Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and EMDR Practitioner with over 19 years experience working with adults with mental and physical health problems. I offer evidence based psychological assessment and therapy for a wide range of emotional, behavioural and psychological difficulties including anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationship problems, trauma and post-traumatic stress and adjusting to medical conditions. I work with individuals age 16+.
I offer a range of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Analytic Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I work together with my clients to understand how their difficulties have developed, how they are maintained and how the difficulties and problems can be overcome. Therapy is tailored to meet individual needs.
I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy, to work towards being the best version of themselves. I offer a friendly and confidential service both at my clinic in Jesmond, Newcastle and online.
