I offer evidence-based therapies for common mental health problems such as depression, anxiety and trauma. I support people to adjust to changed life circumstances, process difficult memories and to problem-solve current difficulties such relationship problems, pain, fatigue, reduced mobility, changed appearance or social stigma. I work integratively using evidence based therapy models such as CBT, EMDR, ACT and CFT. I will work alongside you to create a personalised formulation of your needs, helping you to work towards personally meaningful and fulfilling goals.
I've been an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist for 10+ years. I currently have term-time availability for online therapy (or face to face sessions in Aigburth, Liverpool) on Mon-Weds. I draw mainly on EMDR, 3rd wave CBT and narrative approaches that involve building self-compassion, living with values and meaning, and being fully present.
