Troubling thoughts, feelings, emotions, & repetitive behaviors can be safely explored & understood with the help of an experienced therapist. I work with individuals, couples & run workshops. I help people who are experiencing a broad range of issues such as low mood, anxiety, low self esteem, anger, loneliness, rejection, infidelity, dependency, stuckness, eating disorders, abusive relationships, & seeking meaning in life. I use the psychodynamic model & CBT when necessary. Apart from being a therapist, I am a lecturer at the Institute of Couples Therapy where l teach on the postgrad course. My practice is mainly psychodynamic, which means we are able to explore, on a much deeper level, the unconscious source of your difficulties. I use CBT to help you with pragmatic ways of coping with difficult emotions and behaviors. I work with couples who are seeking help & run relationship enrichment workshops on Communication & Conflict Resolution.

I fundamentally believe that creating a safe place where you feel listened to, validated, & understood, is key to successful therapy. For that reason my work is relational, and collaborative. Our sessions last 50 minutes, once or twice weekly. I use Zoom if you have a busy lifestyle. I offer time limited (6-12 session) & open ended work.
