About
When we feel stuck, experience difficult emotions, or the challenges we have are distressing, finding a safe space to work through and move beyond what has led you to experience those difficulties can feel overwhelming in itself. By working together we look to create that space where you are safe to address your difficulties, facilitate trusting and honest conversation to make sense of the distress, and support you to feel confident to successfully move beyond them.
I am a clinical psychologist with more than 17 years’ experience supporting children, young people, adults, and their families understand, address and move on from their psychological distress and personal difficulties. I have worked in NHS services in primary care, acute hospital and community settings. Further information can be found on my website.
I welcome enquiries from clients of all backgrounds, and therapeutic work is tailored to each individual clients’ experiences and needs, including additional needs where relevant. I have considerable experience of working with individuals and families across a wide range of emotional, psychological, and physical health difficulties.
