As a UKCP registered psychoanalytic psychotherapist with over 20 years experience, I am also an accredited EMDR practitioner, a creative arts and clay therapist, and a couples therapist. I offer an integrative, multi-faceted approach to help my clients process and heal their difficulties.
I work both with individuals and couples.
I work with, amongst other things, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, burnout, depression, loss, and bereavement, divorce, relationship difficulties etc... Although my core training is as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, I am also trained and accredited in the use of creative art therapies, EMDR and energy psychotherapy.
My doctoral research in the area of trauma and early attachement, has allowed me to deepen my understanding of, and to specialise in experiences of bereavement, Obsessive compulsions, ADHD, anxiety, depression, addictions, hoarding, relationship struggles, etc... through the use a variety of therapeutic modalities.
