About

As a UKCP registered psychotherapist with over 15 years experience, I am also an accredited EMDR practitioner. See my website: myembodiedpsyche.com.
I have helped people from many different walks of life with difficulties linked to trauma, anxiety, burnout, depression, loss and bereavement, divorce, relationship difficulties etc... Although at core a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, I am also trained and accredited in the use of creative art therapy, embodied therapy and energy psychotherapy.
My doctoral thesis was on trauma and I currently specialise in difficulties linked to trauma such as bereavement, Obsessive compulsive difficulties, anxieties, hoarding, relationship difficulties, etc...
