As a UKCP registered psychotherapist with over 15 years experience, I am also an accredited EMDR practitioner and a creative arts therapist. I use various techniques to help my clients process and heal their difficulties. tSee my website: myembodiedpsyche.com. I also offer small group (2-4 people) therapy using the deeply grounding and healing powers of clay therapy - the cost per session for group therapy is reduced to £30 per session.
I have helped people from many different walks of life with difficulties linked to trauma, anxiety, burnout, depression, loss and bereavement, divorce, relationship difficulties etc... Although at core a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, I am also trained and accredited in the use of creative art therapies, embodied therapy and energy psychotherapy.
My doctoral thesis was on trauma and I currently specialise in difficulties linked to trauma such as bereavement, Obsessive compulsive difficulties, anxieties, hoarding, relationship difficulties, etc... I will use energetic as well as creative methods to enable processing and healing.
