I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist, BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Supervisor and EMDR therapist working in both the NHS and private practice. I work with adults suffering from a variety of psychological difficulties and/or relationship problems. I have a particular interest in working with individuals who are affected by past traumas and/or psychosis. I acknowledge that when seeking help for such difficulties time is of the essence and therefore I work with six associate therapists in my clinic so that if I do not have availability immediately then hopefully they will. The main therapies we offer are cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and EMDR, however, our work is also informed by compassion focussed therapy, mindfulness and narrative exposure therapy (NET) and is always tailored to the client.
