About
*Only virtual* Are you feeling anxious, stressed, overwhelmed? Maybe you've recently had a big life change, or you have been struggling with anxiety and/or stress for a while but now feel it is the time to get some extra support. Do you want space to be listened to, understand what is going on for you and how to change things? *we respond to all emails so check your junk mail*
My priority is to help you feel comfortable, listened to and for me to follow your pace. I can help you to get a better understanding of what is going on, reflect on what is working for you and what isn't, and come up with an idea of how we can move things forward through a personalised therapy plan.
I appreciate that it can feel daunting or vulnerable talking about difficulties. My aim is to create a trusting relationship where you feel able to talk freely about your life and experiences. I offer a free initial phone call to see whether myself or one of my colleagues is the right match for you.
