I offer 1-1 online zoom sessions to adults aged 18 and over with a wide variety of presenting issues: anxiety, low moods, anger, low self esteem, work pressures, family and relationship difficulties, identity issues, life transitions, sexuality and fear around the future. I also specialise in coaching parents in supporting their children aged 0-12 with behaviour challenges, meltdowns, tantrums, anxiety, anger, tearfulness, sleep issues, low self esteem, school and friendship difficulties and technology . I have an interest in working with parents of highly sensitive children (see Dr Elaine Aron work).
During my fifteen years as a clinical psychologist in the NHS and in private practice including Harley Street, I have helped hundreds of adults. From overcoming anxiety, stress and overwhelm to developing a sense of resilience, confidence and calm, I love supporting adults to navigate life’s challenges and I will provide you with a toolkit of strategies.
