About

I work as an integrative psychotherapist. The bulk of my training has been focussed on existential phenomenological approach. Existential therapy looks at the here and now, exploring the human condition as a whole and what it means for an individual. I am able to use different approaches based on the needs of the client including psychodynamic and humanistic
My aim is to provide a warm, safe and confidential environment in which clients feel comfortable to talk about their issues. I work with my clients to enable them to face the anxieties of life head on and live more authentically whilst taking ownership of their lives, finding meaning in their lives and to live fully in the present.
