Hello, my name is Dr Elizabeth Adekeye and I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist, I am very passionate about women’s mental health and the complexity and nuances of women’s experiences. You may be experiencing guilt, shame, blame, anger, conflicting emotions, feeling stuck in your grief or trauma and needing support. I offer specialist support to women who are experiencing mental health difficulties, any type of baby loss, infertility, IVF, perinatal trauma (pregnancy, birth and post birth), fear of childbirth, pregnancy/ pregnancy after loss and any women’s health difficulties (ie pelvic health trauma etc).
I aim to create an environment that is safe, validating, compassionate and empowering in our therapy sessions to support in your journey. I have over seven years of experience in NHS mental health services, including working in specialist maternal mental health services. I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches including, CFT, EMDR, ACT and CBT.
I am an approachable, warm and compassionate therapist who works holistically to support you in reaching your goals.
