My training to date has involved a comprehensive knowledge base in both person centred and cognitive behavioural therapy. Having acquired a doctorate within Counselling Psychology, and a masters within clinical psychology I have an understanding of the neurological, medical and humanistic perception of possible areas for improvement and growth.
I strive to make clients their better selves Through these experiences I have gained an understanding of the various issues that can affect one and how sometimes it takes a strong person to reach out and grasp the help that can be provided to them.
