We offer a range of psychotherapy services for adults, children, young people, and parents across Greater Glasgow. For child and young person appointments, you will firstly be invited to attend a consultation session without your child to complete an initial therapy needs assessment. You will also discuss therapy options and learn some mental health techniques for you as parents to support your child in their distress.

These sessions offer a great opportunity to explore mental well-being in a supportive environment before deciding on the next steps in your journey.
