Hello, I’m Charlotte, a counsellor and psychotherapist providing private one-to-one sessions in person in Long Melford, Suffolk and via Zoom. I offer a non-judgmental and safe environment for you to talk and explore what is on your mind, your worries and concerns. Whatever you are going through, I can help you reflect on how you are living and make any changes, if that is what you want. I have more than 20 years experience counselling in a variety of different environments helping a wide range of people. I completed a doctorate in Psychotherapy NSPC/Middlesex University and I teach and provide clinical supervision.
I have experience of working with people with a broad range of issues and backgrounds, so I can support you in whatever you are wanting therapy for, including anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, panic attacks, eating problems, weight , sexuality, addiction, work-place issues, relationships and family issues.
I know that it can be nerve-wracking to talk to someone about things that have been private, or when you're feeling low or scared and I will do everything I can to make you feel safe. Together we can face whatever is troubling you and help to find a more positive way forward.
