About
Hello, I’m Caroline. I’m an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist, and I offer assessments and therapy interventions to adults aged 18+. I aim to provide a compassionate and empathic space in which to hear your story, and work alongside you to identify specific goals for therapy. Therapy interventions will be evidence-based and tailored to your needs. I have 12 years’ experience of working in NHS Adult Mental Health settings. I also have 11 years’ experience of working in NHS settings with adults with acquired brain injury and neurological conditions (including spinal injuries and Multiple Sclerosis).
I can offer interventions to address difficulties including depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, problematic relational patterns, and the impact of past trauma experiences. I primarily draw on the following therapeutic approaches: CAT, EMDR, CBT, CFT and ACT.
I also offer assessments of cognitive functioning, strategies to support cognitive functioning, and help to support people in their adjustment to brain injury or neurological conditions. Please get in touch for a free 15 minute phone consultation, in which we can clarify whether I would be the appropriate person to work with you to address your needs.
