My name is Dr Carly Keyes and I am a compassionate Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Fully BABCP accredited CBT Therapist. Life is a journey full of ups and downs. I am here to understand your current difficulties, to work with you and help you get equipped with strategies to help you cope during the down times in order for you to enjoy the ups. I offer psychological therapy that is personalised to you to help you blossom. I believe the therapeutic relationship is fundamental and for you to build trust in me and feel relaxed in the sessions and to start living a richer and more fulfilling life.
My clinical training was based in the NHS and therefore I provide the highest standard of care of evidence-based psychological therapy to children, adolescents, adults, older people, couples and families. I specialise in using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Family Therapy. My specialism is working with children and young people and their families.
I use an integrative approach and I provide different evidence-based psychological therapies that is tailored to you! The bespoke therapy will not only fit with the type of difficulty that you are experiencing but will also fit the type of person you are.
