About
Are you struggling with issues related to your psychological or physical health such as low mood, anxiety, chronic pain, or depression? Many of us at some point in our lives find ourselves struggling to cope with many of life's challenges. There comes a time when help is needed from a certified professional to cope with these challenges. I am a licensed Practitioner Health Psychologist in the South Wales area, and I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. I offer a warm, calm, and friendly environment that gives people space to discuss their difficulties with someone in which they can trust.
I offer a range of psychological therapies such as cognitive behavioural therapy. Psychological therapy is a collaborative space to explore your difficulties in a safe and confidential setting. I aim to help you better understand your feelings in the context of your past experiences and work towards making positive changes that help to improve your health.
In my therapy sessions, we’ll work together to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behaviour. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. I am happy to answer any questions that you may have before we start therapy and look forward to hearing from you.
