I offer practical, tailored support to help reduce anxiety, build confidence, and develop ways of living and relating that feel more manageable and sustainable. Together, we focus on understanding patterns in emotions, communication, and relationships, particularly where one or both partners are neurodivergent.
I am neurodivergent myself (ADHD, and possibly autistic), and I understand how exhausting life and relationships can feel when the world is not designed with neurodivergent minds in mind.
