I am interested in helping women understand how their inner and outer worlds interact and how the experience of being female in a patriarchal society shapes our emotional lives. If there a specific life event or relationship you would like to address, or painful experiences in your past that you need to safely talk through or you find yourself feeling unhappy, anxious or stuck, I may be able to help.
I am an experienced BACP accredited counsellor, specialising in women’s mental health. I am warmly relational, with a broadly psychodynamic focus - integrating related theories and techniques, such as mindfulness and self-compassion practices, inner child work, trauma treatment theory, and feminist counselling principles.
