I work with adults who may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, loss, or a sense of feeling stuck. Many are navigating significant life changes or questioning who they are and what gives their life meaning. Through Jungian and psychodynamic psychotherapy, we explore the deeper patterns that shape your experience. Therapy can help you understand your own story more fully, develop greater self-awareness, and find a way forward that feels true to who you are.
