I am a qualified therapist / Counsellor and supervisor based in Manchester City Centre, I am an Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society (MNCS), Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer a different Person-Centred Approach, EMDR, Mindfulness & CBT. We are all people, and everyone deserves a right to such a little thing as feeling good about family, life and ourselves. We all have our issues and should not be afraid to share them with someone like me who can and will help you. So don't be scared to share because we are all people, we are all equal, and we all deserve happiness.
After working for 20 years with children and young people, and adults I understand our beginnings are different for each person, with a different story. I know that we all perceive what others say differently. I am a non-judgemental, and friendly person.
I base my therapy on a clients mood at the time i.e person-centred therapy , so I won't push you to go any faster and I accept my clients as they are. I accept everyone no matter what they are saying. I will help you explore the core of your problems and working from that we can to make a quick recovery at your own space.
