I am an Integrative counsellor and work with children, young people, adults, relationships and couples. Knowing that we are all different I am able to adapt how I work to suit your needs and preferences. Central to how I work is you the client and throughout, you are the focus of the sessions
Once we have an understanding of the present and what is happening that is causing you distress, we can explore what has brought you to this place and develop your self-awareness to create understanding and acceptance and enable you to break patterns of behaviour and find the ways that suit you best to move forward.
