Online and face to face CBT therapy appointments available for both adults and children. I have worked many years previously in NHS services including adult psychological therapies and children mental health services (CAMHS). My specialities include domestic abuse & emotional abuse & trauma. I also work with children and young people (11+) in helping them to overcome difficulties including anxiety, depression and trauma.
Currently offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and have specialist qualifications in helping to assess ADHD symptoms. In the near future EMDR therapies will also be offered in clinic.
