As a Person-Centred Psychotherapist, I offer therapy to people who are at a point in their lives where they recognise a need for change, or that they feel something is not right, and want to discover what that is, I will support you on that journey. We will work through any issues together to make the changes you need to get your life back on track and feeling happier and fulfilled. I also work with couples, siblings, parent and child and friendships, managing these relationships, gaining a better understanding of each other when life has become difficult.
