I will offer you a safe space and time in which you will be accepted, heard and understood without any fear of judgement. It is a space to breathe and reflect at your own pace. I don't believe we have it all figured out, but from my own personal struggles and life experiences I do have an in depth understanding of how life-changing counselling can be. I would like to share your journey with you and I will value your bravery in asking for help.
I would like to give reassurance that you are not alone and that by finding the courage to reach out, no matter how difficult it may be, there is always a way forward to allow time to breathe, explore and reflect on what’s going on for you within a safe space.
