I support adults and young people (aged 12+) affected by a loved-ones addiction, anxiety, anger, depression, recovery, self-harm, trauma, abuse & relationships. With young people I can also help with school difficulties & education transitions. I am experienced in working with neurodiverse adults and young people and offer open ended work online & in person.
