I work with adults and adolescents and my aim is to provide a warm safe space to help and empower you to find solutions – whether that’s making effective changes in your life or finding ways to cope with your problems. I work with young people and adults to help you to navigate life’s challenges, we all have moments where we need additional support, I can offer a warm, compassionate and empathetic understanding of the distress you may be experiencing, I can help you with depression, anxiety, anger, social anxiety, ODC symptoms, low self-esteem or just support you through a challenging time.
Working with adults and teens my approach varies with each person as I focus your personal needs. I work integratively, which means drawing upon a range of practices and I believe it is through relationships that empowering change happens. . Together we learn what works for you and decide on a therapeutic roadmap that directly addresses your needs.

I can help you explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors so you can develop a better understanding of yourself and of others.
