As an experienced pluralistic therapeutic counsellor, I provide a safe and confidential space to explore and support you with your mental health needs.
My approach is designed around your individual needs and encourages working collaboratively to achieve the best therapeutic outcome. My experience has been built upon extensive training and experiences supporting Child/Adolescents, Young Adults,Adults, Parents and Educators.
Our sessions may include a combination of face-to-face and/or within a walk and talk setting tailored around your therapeutic goals.
By taking each session at your pace, we can work together to explore the issues being discussed. Through a collaborative effort, we will design a therapeutic plan that is tailored around your individual needs. This may include a combination of mindfulness, CBT along with talking therapies.
The therapeutic relationship will be uniquely person- centered within a safe, calm and confidential environment.
Whether we are walking & talking, online or within a comfortable and thoughtful face-to- face setting, I will always ensure an authentic presence providing empathy and care within every session.
