Let me begin by thanking you for finding my profile and well done for taking the first tentative step towards making positives changes. As an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor I offer you a safe, warm and non-judgemental space to explore and connect with your true self and achieve positive and lasting changes.
I hold a certificate in Psychosexual Therapy. This provides me with specialised training to help people with difficulties related to sex, intimacy and relationships. This includes working with individuals to address sexual dysfunctions, psychological and emotion aspects of sexual issues in a safe confidential & non-judgemental space regarding sexual concerns
Prior to training to become a counsellor, I volunteered with The Samaritans as a listening volunteer and held my student placement at Norfolk and Waveney Mind and East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH). I am also a registered SandStory member which allows my clients to "tell their story" creatively in sand.
