As a Forensic Psychologist, I have been extensively trained at Doctorate level, to work with people to find and process the root cause of their problems. The combination of extended training and years of experience means that I am a competent, focussed and compassionate therapist.
I specialise in helping people to navigate their trauma experiences, this might be a single event that has taken life off track. But it might also mean healing from toxic relationships, complex family relationships and family environments or focussing on and tackling unhelpful behaviours.
I am invested in helping my clients to get where they want to be, to find lasting change and feel better connected. So if you are looking to make sense of your life experiences, find a new path forward, heal from trauma or repair your relationships then I am here to help.
I am a HCPC registered, BPS Chartered Forensic Psychologist and trauma therapist.
