Hello, I’m Donna. I am a Holistic Psychotherapist who is passionate about providing a service that is able to tailor therapy to the needs of the individual. During my time working as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, I have become increasingly aware of the need to adopt a flexible and more inclusive way of offering therapy. With the aim of offering you a person-centred approach to your therapy journey, I have completed training in a variety of disciplines and therapies. Each therapy can be accessed as a stand-alone treatment or as part of a tailored treatment plan.
Therapies offered include; Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT), Clinical Hypnosis and mind training (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
