I have a humanist approach to therapy and work in an integrative way using Person Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt, as well as some Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques.
I work with adults and older teens on a variety of issues, including (but not limited to); working with stress, anxiety, depression, past trauma, relationships, sexual relationships, body image, anger, family, and communication issues. I work with clients face to face and virtually. I also offer walk and talk sessions in Sutton Park, Sutton Coldfield.
