I am a qualified integrative therapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), meaning I use person-centred, psychodynamic, and existential approaches, allowing to tailor the work to your unique needs and experiences.
I have worked with clients in the NHS, IAPT, low-cost counselling services, as well as in private practice. I work both in-person and online, to suits your needs. My approach to therapy is shaped by a diverse background. My first degree was in Philosophy, which deeply informs my practice.
I am a non-judgemental and empathetic counsellor, dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. I strongly believe in the transformative power of therapy, which allows for the processing of difficult feelings and empowers you to reach your full potential.
