I predominantly work with adolescents, adults, or families navigating challenges such as trauma, behavioural difficulties, communication breakdowns, or emotional dysregulation. They may struggle with anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, or negative thought patterns that affect their emotions and behaviour. Adolescents may seek a confidential space to feel heard, respected, and free to explore their thoughts and emotions, learning new ways to manage complicated feelings and relationships. A family may feel stuck in repetitive, unhelpful patterns and want to find new ways to improve their relationships and communication.
I offer structured, goal-oriented therapy focused on psychoeducation, skill-building, and behavioural change. Whether working with individuals or families, I help clients set SMART goals, reframe negative beliefs, and break unhelpful cycles using tailored therapeutic techniques.
