Hi, I’m Dominic. I’m a fully qualified psychologist and counsellor offering psychological therapy. I have completed doctoral training in Counselling Psychology along with a degree in Applied Psychology.
I work with many issues including anxiety, depression, and recovery from abuse and trauma. I also specialise in male and female difficulties. I provide guidance to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions, and develop effective ways to manage them.
I also work with couples for family and relationship counselling. This can help to heal, recover or adapt to difficulties such as trust and intimacy, and moving forward.
My approach combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic and Person-Centred counselling, drawing from these models to suit therapy goals. I have completed additional training in Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and EFT.
