Hello, thank you for looking at my profile. I am a BACP Accredited therapist working face to face in Plymouth but also online. I work in an integrative way with my clients so I draw on a number of different counselling theories. My main training is in Person Centred Counselling which means that your needs will be at the core of how we work. My approach is gentle, compassionate and trauma informed. I can help with many mental health problems including anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, relationship difficulties or work stress.
I am very passionate about helping people who have experienced abuse and have gained a lot of experience in this field. This has been both in private practice and working with a Plymouth agency who specialised in this area. I previously managed a Bereavement Counselling Service for 6 years. Bereavement Counselling also remains a passion for me.
We all need support at times and any one of us can end up in a place of crisis.
