I am fully Relate trained to work with couples and your relationship issues, however I also work with individuals, young people and families covering the wide range of issues you may encounter on a daily basis. I offer room based therapy in Warrington or outdoor sessions in Wrexham.
I am qualified to work with a wide range of presenting issues including: anxiety/ depression, bereavement, trauma, bullying, low self-esteem, relationship problems, sexual issues, sexuality, stress, work issues etc. I offer room based sessions in WARRINGTON and equine therapy or walk & talk sessions in WREXHAM.
I offer a safe, professional, friendly and confidential service. I also offer an initial meeting of around 30 minutes for £30, so that we can discuss your goals and I can answer any questions you may have so you can see whether you feel comfortable, before you make a decision about who you wish to work with.
