I follow an Integrative approach to counselling, which looks at the whole person and their mental, physical and emotional needs. I will walk alongside you as we go through the process of therapy and allow you the space to explore yourself.
Maybe you have experienced trauma, abuse, loss. Perhaps coping with a relationship issue, bereavement or questions around gender or sexuality. There could be life stresses or anxieties.
